The Origin of Skull Games
While Skull Games, Inc. was only created officially in 2023, we’ve been in the fight for years. During his 25-year service in the military, Skull Games Founder, Jeff Tiegs, became an expert in counter-insurgency, and counter-terrorism. Since then he has taken that experience to become an expert in counter- trafficking.
Starting as an Army Ranger at the age of 18, Jeff worked his way up the ranks until eventually becoming a Lieutenant Colonel and a member of Delta Force. He has faced off with the worst people this world has to offer. It wasn’t until he came into contact with a large-scale Human Trafficking operation that he saw the most heinous of crimes.
In 1989, on a mission in Panama, Jeff saw firsthand the atrocity that is sex trafficking. Manuel Noriega, the Panamanian Dictator at the time, had stables of women and young girls ready for sale to fund his dictatorship and his terrorist activities. It was this mission that sparked Jeff to look deeper into the world of sex-trafficking and begin his own mission to tear it down.
Soon after, Jeff found that this crime wasn’t exclusive to dictatorships and terrorist-ruled regions. He quickly found that sex and human trafficking are just as active here in America as anywhere else. While Skull Games itself wouldn’t be named for a few more years, Jeff had his next mission and the unwavering drive to accomplish this one at all costs.
From then on, Jeff has worked tirelessly, using his military and leadership experience to begin putting together his first Skull Games and begin the hunt for pimps, abusers, and traffickers online.

Skull Games has conducted multiple Task Force events across the country, where elite hunters have been able to build the case for over 300 traffickers. This is just the beginning for Skull Games, with plans to have more than 1,000 hunters in 100 cities. The only question now is, are you ready to join the fight?
Who We Serve
The core goal of Skull Games is to apprehend criminals and recover victims. We do this through, with, and by law enforcement partners across the country. Many law enforcement agencies do not have the resources to conduct counter-trafficking operations as often as they would like to. Skull Games acts as a force multiplier that enables law enforcement to conduct efficient operations more often. Our team, experienced in OSINT and counter-trafficking tactics, gather evidence and create trafficking reports for law enforcement agencies to better allocate the manpower and resources they do have to take the necessary steps involved in arresting traffickers and recovering victims.
