Cary DeJean is the Director of Intelligence Programs and Partnerships at Skull Games Solutions, where he leads intelligence operations, investigative programs, and strategic partnerships supporting law enforcement efforts to combat human trafficking and exploitation.

With more than 15 years of experience in law enforcement, private investigations, and intelligence operations, Cary has served as a police officer, private investigator, investigative leader, and OSINT practitioner. His career has included undercover operations, complex investigations, intelligence analysis, and managing investigative teams supporting both public and private sector organizations.

Passionate about protecting vulnerable populations, Cary specializes in leveraging intelligence-driven strategies, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and collaborative partnerships to support victim identification, criminal investigations, and public safety initiatives.
