Jeff Tiegs

Jeff Tiegs is the Founder and President of Skull Games Solutions (SGS), dedicated to identifying predators, protecting the vulnerable, and strengthening communities. A retired U.S. Army Special Operations officer with more than three decades of experience leading intelligence-driven operations around the world, Jeff adapted the targeting and network-disruption methodologies used against terrorist and insurgent organizations to combat sex trafficking and child exploitation.

As President of SGS, Jeff provides strategic leadership for the organization’s mission, operations, training, and innovation initiatives. He leads a multidisciplinary team of intelligence analysts, law enforcement professionals, military veterans, survivor leaders, and mission support personnel who work alongside law enforcement partners to identify predators, recover victims, and strengthen community resilience.

Under Jeff’s leadership, SGS has become a recognized leader in intelligence-led counter-exploitation operations, training thousands of law enforcement professionals and supporting investigations across the United States. Through strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry leaders, foundations, and private donors, SGS continues to develop innovative approaches that help safeguard vulnerable populations and counter emerging threats.
