Lauren Norris

Lauren is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over 15 years of experience serving communities, supporting law enforcement, and advocating for those often overlooked. What began as volunteering in Hippotherapy programs in North Atlanta became a personal calling—rooted in healing from personal loss and a desire to help others do the same.

Now, with nearly a decade of full-time nonprofit leadership, Lauren serves as the Mission Support Manager at Skull Games. She leads high-impact events, cultivates meaningful donor relationships, and builds strategic partnerships that fuel our mission to combat online commercial sexual exploitation. She plays a key role in growing the Skull Games Society, a network of passionate supporters whose contributions directly fund Task Force operations.

Off the clock, Lauren enjoys life on her small hobby farm, where chickens roam freely, and retired horses live out their days in peace. Her hands-on, down-to-earth lifestyle keeps her grounded and inspires the compassionate leadership she brings to every part of her work.
