Dr. Anthony Randall

Dr. Anthony Randall transforms leaders and forges organizational excellence through leadership development and executive coaching as Vanguard XXI’s President/Founder. Anthony’s 20-year chaplain career includes: 15 years as U.S. Army Chaplain serving Ranger, Special Forces, and Special Missions; 4 years as LEO Chaplain serving Arvada, Colorado PD; 8 years as Chaplain serving the Pittsburgh Pirates; and training for FBIs BAU 3 (Child Crimes). A West Point graduate, Army Ranger, and retired Lieutenant Colonel, he has six combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in theology and leadership, Japanese Jujitsu and Tae Kwon Do Black Belts, and Brazilian Jujitsu Purple Belt.
